1. The service and these terms

Bering Credit Systems is the Bering Studios website at beringcreditsystems.com for administering participating-store credit accounts. These terms describe use of the website and its credit-record features. The store responsible for your credit remains responsible for its goods, cash receipts, and customer obligations. Contact knoongwook@gmail.com to identify the responsible operator or obtain help.

Read these terms before using the service or adding credit. They apply to the extent validly agreed and permitted by applicable law; merely viewing a public page does not waive any rights. Additional store purchase or return terms must be disclosed separately. If you do not agree, contact the store to discuss access to records and handling of any existing balance.

2. What Bering Credit represents

The service records store credit in U.S. dollars. It is intended for approved use with the participating store and transfers supported within this system. The website does not offer a loan, credit card, interest-bearing savings product, cryptocurrency, or general-purpose bank transfer service. A displayed balance is not a promise of deposit insurance or interest.

The term “deposit” on this website means a request to record money received by the store as store credit. It does not mean opening a bank deposit account. Legal protections that apply to the actual credit arrangement continue to apply regardless of these labels. Ask the store about permitted uses and redemption before handing over money.

3. Eligibility and authority

Use only an account you own or are authorized to manage. Provide accurate identifying information and tell the store when information affecting access changes. Google sign-in alone does not entitle you to a credit account or access to another customer’s records; staff may verify and approve the link.

Do not independently use the online portal if you are under 13. Other minors must have any permission required by law and the store, and should have a parent or guardian contact the store about account arrangements. Anyone acting for another person or organization must have authority to do so. Do not obtain access by impersonation or sharing another person’s credentials.

4. Account access and security

Protect your Google account, devices, sign-in codes, and active sessions. Sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. An account number identifies an account; it is not a password and does not authorize withdrawals or staff access.

Staff may require reasonable verification for new links, changes of ownership, recovery, or sensitive requests. A change to your Google email or loss of that login may require manual review. We cannot guarantee recovery without sufficient verification. Website sign-out may affect only the current session, and does not necessarily sign you out of Google or every device.

Your duty to protect access does not automatically make you liable for every unauthorized transaction. Responsibility for disputed activity depends on the facts and applicable law.

5. Cash deposits and proof of payment

Hand cash only to authorized store staff and obtain a receipt or other acknowledgment. Submitting a deposit request or entering a reference does not itself transfer money or increase available credit. A request may remain pending until staff confirms the payment, amount, and account.

Do not submit fabricated proof, claim another customer’s payment, or submit repeated requests for the same cash. Staff may request clarification, reject an unsupported request, or correct a duplicate or incorrect approval. Rejection of an online request does not extinguish a valid claim that the store received your money. Retain your receipt and ask the store to investigate discrepancies.

There is no guaranteed approval time stated in these terms. A pending amount must not be treated as spendable credit. If status is unclear after a connection failure, check account history or contact staff before submitting again.

6. Transfers between accounts

Before confirming a transfer, check the recipient’s displayed identity, account number, amount, and reference. The confirmation screen authorizes the requested transfer; available balance, account restrictions, and server-side checks determine whether it can complete. A preview is not a reservation or guarantee that the balance will remain unchanged.

A completed transfer moves recorded credit to the recipient. The website does not provide a guaranteed customer cancellation or recall mechanism. If you send to the wrong account, contact staff promptly with the transaction number. Recovery can require investigation and cooperation and cannot be promised. This does not limit rights provided by law for unauthorized or erroneous transactions.

Transfers are not an escrow or buyer-protection service for unrelated private sales. Do not send credit because of threats, impersonation, or a request to “verify” your account. A legitimate customer or staff member does not need your Google password or sign-in code to receive credit.

7. Purchases and available balance

Store staff may record authorized purchases against an account, with a sale or receipt reference. Check the amount and request a receipt. The purchase of goods remains subject to the store’s disclosed sale and return terms and applicable consumer protections.

Transactions may be declined if funds are unavailable, a deposit is unverified, a restriction applies, or the service cannot confirm the operation. This website does not provide an overdraft facility. A displayed preview may become outdated while another transaction is processed. Ask staff to reconcile any unexpected balance instead of relying on a stale screen.

8. Fees, expiration, refunds, and redemption

These terms do not themselves impose a service, transfer, inactivity, or maintenance fee, create a credit-expiration date, or authorize forfeiture. Any applicable charge or restriction must be lawful and disclosed before the relevant purchase or addition of credit, and may not be applied retroactively where prohibited.

The website does not currently provide an automated cash-out or refund feature. Contact the store for a refund, return, cash-redemption, or balance-settlement request. Eligibility, method, and timing depend on applicable law and the store terms disclosed for that transaction. Nothing here creates a blanket “no refunds” rule or removes a legally required redemption right.

Closing access to an account, changing software, or discontinuing the website does not by itself erase valid credit. Any handling of dormant or unclaimed balances must comply with applicable law. Ask the store to explain its current rules before depositing money; do not assume the technical ability to transfer credit means it is redeemable for cash on demand.

9. Limits, holds, and frozen accounts

The service can apply per-transfer limits, daily limits, account pauses, and staff review. Limits shown for an account may be lower than general technical limits. A restriction may be appropriate while verifying ownership, investigating disputed payments, preventing misuse, complying with legal duties, or resolving a technical problem.

Contact staff to understand or challenge a restriction. Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain the issue and what information is needed. Security or legal considerations can limit immediate disclosure. A temporary restriction does not itself transfer ownership of your credit to the operator or justify keeping it without a lawful basis.

10. Corrections, reversals, and administrative records

Staff may document adjustments or reverse eligible transactions to correct an error, duplicate entry, or unauthorized activity. Corrections should be based on actual records and accompanied by an explanation. A reversed or mistaken entry does not entitle a person to spend credit they know was not theirs.

If a correction affects your balance, review the related history and ask for supporting information. Records may retain the original operation and a corresponding correction rather than silently deleting past activity. Technical access to an administrator tool does not authorize arbitrary withdrawals, undisclosed fees, or confiscation.

11. Errors, unauthorized activity, and disputes

Report missing credit, an incorrect deposit, a mistaken transfer, or suspected unauthorized activity to knoongwook@gmail.com or authorized store staff as soon as you notice it. Include your account email, transaction number if available, approximate date, amount, and a description. Do not send your password or sign-in codes. Keep copies of relevant receipts and messages.

We may request reasonable verification and supporting evidence, review logs and store records, and contact involved parties. We will explain the outcome or the information still needed, subject to legitimate privacy and security limits. If a request is unresolved, ask for further review by the store operator.

These terms do not shorten a statutory claim period, impose mandatory arbitration, waive a class action, or prevent contacting a regulator or using a court or other remedy available by law. Prompt reporting helps an investigation but does not automatically waive your rights if you report later.

12. Receipts, statements, and notices

The website provides available transaction history, receipts, statements, and in-app account notices. Download or print records you need to keep. Dates may display in your device’s time zone, while an exported reporting period can use a different time boundary; compare transaction numbers and timestamps when investigating differences.

A screenshot, notification, or preview is not by itself proof that a transaction completed. Confirm the recorded status and reference. If a payment succeeds but a receipt cannot load, check history before trying again. We do not promise uninterrupted access to online archives or that every notice will also be sent by email.

Required disclosures and notices will be provided in a form permitted by applicable law. These terms do not substitute for a separate electronic-records consent where one is required.

13. Acceptable use

Do not fabricate payments, impersonate a customer or staff member, access records without permission, exploit duplicate requests, bypass account limits, interfere with the service, distribute malware, collect account details for harassment or fraud, or use the system for unlawful transactions. Do not probe or modify another person’s balance or publish exposed customer information.

If you find a vulnerability, report it privately to knoongwook@gmail.com with the minimum information needed to reproduce it. Stop testing if it risks exposing another person’s data or changing balances. Reporting a problem does not require accessing additional private records.

14. Privacy and customer-submitted content

The Privacy Policy explains account data, provider processing, browser storage, recipient visibility, retention, and requests. Supply only information needed for a deposit, transfer, account request, or support issue. Staff and involved recipients may see transaction references.

You retain any rights you have in material you submit. You permit its use only as needed to operate the requested account features, provide support, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. This is not a broad permission to use private financial records in advertising. Do not submit content you have no right to disclose.

15. Availability and third-party services

The website depends on internet connectivity, Google sign-in, Supabase, Cloudflare, and your device. Maintenance, provider outages, software errors, and security events may delay access or transactions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every request will complete immediately.

When offline or after an uncertain response, verify the transaction status before retrying. Contact store staff if the website is unavailable and you need help with a balance. Third-party services have their own terms; their involvement does not remove the store’s responsibility for its own records or obligations.

16. Website materials and branding

Bering Studios and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original branding, design, and software to the extent those rights exist. You may use the site for its intended functions and keep copies of your own receipts, statements, and these terms. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of your money, account records, or personal information to a software licensor.

17. Suspension, closure, and service changes

Access may be limited for the reasons described above or for material misuse. You may ask the store to close your online access. Before closure, ask about pending transactions, remaining credit, and copies of records. Identity verification and reconciliation may be necessary.

Closure of a login does not automatically refund, confiscate, or erase a balance. Records may remain where needed for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. If service availability changes materially, we will provide appropriate information about obtaining support and handling outstanding balances.

18. Responsibility and legal protections

The website is a tool for managing records and can contain errors. We will investigate reported issues and take reasonable corrective steps. No statement in these terms guarantees the absence of bugs, fraud, outages, or security incidents.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, waives mandatory consumer protections, or converts an inaccurate ledger into proof that no obligation exists. These terms set no arbitrary dollar cap on a customer’s legal remedies. Liability and available remedies are determined under applicable law and the facts of the issue.

19. Changes, interpretation, and contact

Changes will be identified by an updated date and version. Material changes will receive appropriate notice, and consent will be obtained when required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or authorize prohibited new fees on existing credit. New products or services may need additional terms; these terms are not advance permission for unrelated future activities.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. No failure to enforce a provision on one occasion automatically waives it for the future. Applicable law governs; these terms do not designate an exclusive distant court or displace protections that apply where you live.
